MOD 101 Squad Group

Scope: Student will be connected with an accountability group to discuss and war for each other’s souls.
MOD 103 Street Combat
Instructor: Captain Stephen Court, TWC Faculty (coordinator) Jonathan Evans
Duration: 40 + hours [2 hours/fortnight for 40 weeks]
Scope: Student will be paired with veteran warriors who will guide, model and teach street ministry until students are capable. Essentially every step trod in Vancouver’s downtown Eastside provides opportunity to engage in love and re-present Jesus.

Outcomes: Students learn a theologically defined definition of Justice, the atrocities of Canadian and Vancouver breakdowns of justice, the difference that reconciliation brings in the physical and spiritual realms and how God’s reign can be brought to their unique situations where justice is lacking.

Outcomes: Holistic warfare where ‘new beginnings’ are found. Students help community members run, lead and resource a street level café on the most notorious corner of Hastings Street. Loneliness and Death are trampled beneath the feet of these warriors feet.
